Once you determine that you need to replace or request a refund for an item that is damaged or defective, send us an email at email@example.com, and ship it back to us. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you need to make an exchange for the same item in a different size, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Merchandise purchased through this website must be in its original condition with tags attached must be returned within 30 days of the ship date found on the Packing List.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted if the products have been worn, altered, washed or damaged. Items must be in their original purchase condition and include the original product packaging, with all tags and labels still attached.
Please allow up to 28 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.
PAYPAL RETURN POLICY
You may return PayPal purchases by mail to Sentai Filmworks Returns 5373 W.Alabama St. Suite 640 Houston, Texas US 77056 within 30 days for a full refund. If you mail your return, your PayPal account will be refunded directly.
Merchandise received as a gift with an accompanying receipt may be returned for a full refund to the person who purchased the gift on their original form of payment or an online store coupon can be issued to the person who received the gift. To receive an online store coupon, please include the email address that you would like the online coupon sent to in the comments section of your Return Form. We will then email you a coupon code in the amount of the purchase, which can be redeemed only online. Please enter the coupon code in the promo code field at checkout to redeem.
FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned.Intimate apparel such as underwear and swimming apparel cannot be returned. Items designated “Final Sale” cannot be returned for any reason.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS/TRACKING
Except for defective items and items damaged during shipping, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if you exchange an item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you return a damaged or defective item, we will absorb the shipping costs. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
