Description
When an army of monsters begins to pour through a dimensional gate that opens in downtown Tokyo, Yoji Itami, a Defense Force reservist and rabid sci-fi/fantasy fan, quickly distinguishes himself as the only one with a clue as to how to fight the invasion. After all, he’s seen this kind of thing before in comics and video games. So, as the government prepares to send an armed response force into the gate, Yoji’s quickly drafted onto the vanguard team. However, there are far more than just monsters on the other side: Elves, Beast men, strange new Empires and more all waiting ahead, somewhere beyond the GATE!
