Sentai Filmworks Gracefully Obtains “How Clumsy you are, Miss Ueno”

HOUSTON, TX, December 31, 2018 – Sentai Filmworks announced today that it has acquired distribution rights to the series “How Clumsy you are, Miss Ueno” for the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, the United Kingdom, Ireland and other select territories.

Not only is Ueno the president of the science club at her junior high school, she’s a genius inventor, too! However, despite everything she has going for her, there’s one big problem she can’t seem to solve: no matter what she does, she can’t figure out how to confess to her crush, Tanaka! Can she find a way to give her heart what it truly yearns for?

The series stars Yu Serizawa (Real Girl, Kiratto PriChan) as Ueno, Aimi Tanaka (Himouto! Umaru-chan, Anima Yell!) as Tanaka, and Akari Kageyama (Himouto! Umaru-chan, Princess Principal) as Yamashita. Tomohiro Tsukimisato, who previously worked on THE IDOLM@STER CINDERELLA GIRLS Theater and the Yurumates series, will both direct and be responsible for the series composition.

The series will soon be available to stream on select digital outlets for the Winter 2019 simulcast season with a home video release to follow.
